ABOUT US

Capstone Ltd. is a small, private limited company dedicated to the purchasing of land and property for its development and resale. Because of our size, we are able to ensure that every person and company that we deal with is assured of our personal attention.

Operating from both Somerset and Berkshire, we cover Southern England and the West Country. We mean this to be more or less anywhere south and/or west of Buckingham, though we may consider other areas depending on the opportunity. Please feel free to contact us for a no-obligation discussion.

Murray Barter BA (Hons.), Director

Before being involved in property development, Murray graduated in Business Studies at Staffordshire University, and has since acquired a broad-ranging level of commercial, analytical, project management, operational, managerial & customer service experience. These have been obtained from a variety of sectors, including property, manufacturing, retail, services and local government. He’s also worked at two holiday camps, and loved every minute of it!

Christopher Gibbs BA (Hons.) ACMA, Director

Chris is a qualified Management Accountant as well as a graduate in English Literature. He has worked for major blue chip companies such as Debenhams and Hewlett Packard, having held a senior financial role at Hewlett Packard. He decided to better utilise his skills in 2001 by managing several development projects. His interest in a customer focused relationship coupled with his skills in finance, planning, organising, project and change management with strong team working/co-ordination abilities ensure a smooth and satisfactory process for all.

As well as ourselves, we draw on a vast, wide-ranging pool of talent that also brings us the flexibility that we require. Expertise in every field, called upon only at the time when it’s needed. Covering all areas, such as surveying, planning, construction and sale. All have many years experience in their specific fields, and we have known many of them personally for several years.
